Shawn has been in the rotating machinery maintenance world for 33 years, working throughout the Western Hemisphere and Central America on all types of precession rotating equipment for production and generation.

Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at Wood Group field services and general manager at Lovegreen Turbine Services, Inc. He attended a Community College in Ramsey, MN, and has been trained in metallurgical repairs of steam and gas turbine components, as well as fundamentals of operation and large steam turbine generator maintenance. Shawn was a Union Millwright for 32 years, managing projects across the Western Hemisphere.

Shawn and his wife Nichole have three children: Joshua, Samantha, and Charlie. Joshua works for Cessna Duluth, MN, Samantha attends Drake University in Iowa as a family psychology major, and Charlie attends Florida SW college for computer science.  His hobbies are offshore fishing, backcountry snowmobiling in the mountains, and hunting everywhere in the world.
