John Stahley began his career at Dresser-Rand in 1990 as a Manufacturing Engineer. He eventually became the General Manager of the Olean compressor factory, responsible for shipping hundreds of centrifugal compressor units over a period of 11 years. In prior roles, John held global leadership for all nine compressor factories at Siemens Energy. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.
